Coaching for Men Who Want a Standard

Disclaimer: This Program Is Not for Everyone

Do not apply if you:

  • Are looking for motivation, reassurance, or shortcuts
  • Want advice but don’t follow through on commitments
  • Blame circumstances, other people, or your past for lack of progress
  • Expect results without consistent effort between sessions
  • Are unwilling to live under clear standards for your time, body, and behavior

This coaching is for men who are ready to take responsibility, not outsource it.

This Program Is for You If You:

  • Want structure, discipline, and clear standards in daily life
  • Are serious about ending bad habits and building better ones
  • Want practical structure around training, routines, nutrition, and daily habits
  • Are tired of starting and stopping and want real follow-through
  • Are willing to be honest, put in the work, and be challenged when necessary
  • Feel capable of more, but know something is missing

You do not need to be Orthodox or even Christian.
You do not need prior coaching experience.

You do need a willingness to take responsibility and act.

What Working Together Looks Like

This is one-on-one coaching.

We meet once per week for a one-hour Zoom call. During these sessions, we look honestly at where you are, what you’re struggling with, and what needs to change. From there, we set clear, practical commitments for the week ahead.

The focus is simple:

  • Discipline and daily habits
  • Training, fitness, and physical consistency

Other areas can be addressed as needed, but the foundation is always the same: standards, follow-through, and execution.

Together, we define a personal standard you can realistically live under, then tighten it over time. You’re expected to follow through on what you commit to.

This is not passive coaching. If you fail to meet agreed-upon commitments, it isn’t ignored. Missed standards are addressed with corrective actions designed to reinforce discipline and close the gap between intention and behavior.

Each week, we review:

  • What you committed to
  • What you actually did
  • Where excuses showed up
  • What needs to change going forward

Men who do the work see clear, tangible changes over time:

  • Consistent training
  • Healthier routines
  • Fewer excuses
  • Better focus
  • Stronger follow-through

This is about building a life that holds up under pressure, not chasing motivation.

Why Work With Me

I’m not a full-time guru, influencer, or motivational speaker.

I work a demanding job. I train consistently. I maintain my faith, friendships, and responsibilities. I live under real constraints — and that’s exactly why this works.

I’ve overcome addiction, drift, and long periods of listlessness. I know what it’s like to promise change and quietly break those promises. I also know what it takes to rebuild discipline without escaping your life to do it.

Physically, I rebuilt my body through years of consistent training, not shortcuts. Mentally, I learned how to stop negotiating with myself. Practically, I built routines that hold up even when motivation is gone.

I don’t offer hype or transformation promises. I offer structure, standards, and accountability — because those are the things that actually change a man’s life.

If you want someone who understands discipline in theory, there are plenty of options.
If you want someone who lives it under real-world pressure, this is what I do.
